According to several reports, Sony Pictures has addedAbraham Attah to cast of “Spider-Man: Homecoming” in a mystery role.
Popular for his lead role n Cary Fukanaga’s “Beasts of No Nation,” the 15-year-old will star in the movie alongside Tom Holland as Peter Parker, Marisa Tomei as “Aunt May,” andRobert Downey Jnr as Iron Man.
Attah made his acting debut in the Cary Fukunaga film asAgu, a young boy from an unnamed African country who saw his family slaughtered amid a sudden outbreak of violence, and finds himself orphaned.
Attah was a presenter at the 2016 Academy Awards alongside“Room’s” actor, Jacob Tremblay.
To be directed by Jon Watts, the next Spider-Man film debuts in theaters in IMAX and 3D on July 28, 2017. Sony Pictures will finance and release the next installment of the $4 billion Spider-Man franchise on July 28, 2017.
“Spider-Man” is currently the most successful franchise in the history of Sony Pictures.
