Contemporary Highlife singer Flavour, 32, recently visited an orphanage home in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
Flavour who is on a West African tour first visited Abidjan where he headlined a show with Ivory Coast’s famous singer Josey.
During his stay in Abidjan Flavour visited Didier Drogba’s charity foundation. The award winning singer was moved by his encounter with the orphaned and displaced children he met.
“For me, the biggest blessing about my music and profession, is that I have the ability to impact positively on the lives of others across all backgrounds. Giving back has always been an important principle to me. I’m just thankful that I’m now in the position to do so, consistently” said Flavour.
The father of two gave out food items to the kids at the foundation.
#TGIF As well as thanking God it’s Friday,I thank him for putting me in position to touch lives through my music. It was a pleasure to have spent quality time at @didierdrogba’s foundation centre, where I had the great honour of meeting some remarkable and amazing children. #FlavourOfAfrica #IvoryCoast #LAFONDATIONDIDIERDROGBA photo-credit| @michaeltubescreations
