Kerry , 35, seems unaware of shocked holidaymakers as a friend pulls her trousers up and shepherds her into the terminal at Gran Canaria airport.
The shocking footage was captured by another passenger.
The mum of five was diagnosed as an alcoholic after a stint in The Priory.
Exclusive pictures from Mirror Online show Kerry on the day she arrived in the Canary Islands after boarding a 7am flight from Gatwick Airport.
Before take-off, she tweeted a picture to her 469,000 Twitter followers of herself holding a full champagne flute.
Next to an image of the former Atomic Kitten singer, she wrote: “Woohoo!! Where goes, no one knows see ya xxxxxx”
Once aboard, she was warned by air stewards on the easyJet flight to keep the noise down.
One source close to the star said: “She was in a state on the flight and the air steward had to warn her about her behaviour. She was absolutely hammered.”
After landing at Gran Canaria, Kerry stumbled around the airport car park in front of coaches loaded with holidaymakers.
She was seen slumping to the ground and peeling off her tracksuit bottoms to reveal her swimsuit.
A couple with her tried to cover up the embarrassing scene.
The woman friend attempted to pull up the bottoms as Kerry appeared to wave her away.
The TV star finally helped by lifting up her backside as the male companion heaved the trousers back on.
Kerry rolled over and climbed unsteadily to her knees as the man made her look decent again and gave her a reassuring pat on the bottom.
Finally Kerry picked up her bags in front of a coach full of holidaymakers.
Coach passenger Andy Mogogo, 35, from Lowestoft, Suffolk, told the Sunday People: “Everyone was staring and she didn’t care who saw her.
“I recognised her straight away because she was making a scene and she appeared smashed.”
Andy, who recorded the footage as he sat on a coach with his wife and two children, added: “She was rolling around making a fool of herself and I was shocked when she took her trousers off.”
Kerry, an I’m A Celebrity…. Get Me Out Of Here! winner, first admitted she was an alcoholic in an exclusive interview with the Sunday People in 2008.
The following year she was stripped of her £250,000 advertising contract with the supermarket chain Iceland after being photographed allegedly snorting cocaine at home while her children were in the house.
The actress manages to get on her feet
Kerry, who has twice been named Mum of the Year, said of her fight with the bottle: “Along with my bi-polar disorder this is an ongoing battle I will face for the rest of my life.”
Her latest antics come after her third marriage collapsed last autumn following divorces from Westlife pop singer Brian McFadden, 35, and taxi driver Mark Croft, 43.
