The Federal Government has reportedly cleared Chief of Army Staff, Lt. General Tukur Buratai of wrongdoing following claims that he purchased properties in Dubai with public funds.

The disclosure was made by PR Nigeria, an agency which issues statements for the Nigerian military, on Tuesday, June 28, 2016.

“If you know the properties being referred to, you would know that they are like quoted companies. You buy into them and get dividends as profit from your investments. You can also do your own private findings on this fact,” the PR Nigeria statement said.
