Former President Goodluck Jonathan’s ex-aide-de-camp (ADC) Ojogbane Adegbe has implicated Jonathan’s former aide on Domestic Affairs, Waripamowei Dudafa in the N10billion gift for Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) delegates.
The former ADC asked the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to question the former presidential aide on the source of the cash to the PDP delegates.
He said when the suitcases containing the cash were brought as messages for the President, he merely handed them over to Dudafa.
He said military law forbids him from opening any message meant for the President, unless otherwise directed.
The former ADC was arrested by military authorities in Lagos and taken to Abuja for interrogation.
He was arrested in connection with the ongoing probe into the alleged arms procurement scandal.
The former ADC was undergoing a National Defence College course in one of the military institutions in the United Kingdom.
He was recalled from the training and was arrested by the personnel of the Military Police and Directorate of Military Intelligence on his arrival in Lagos last week.
