President Buhari’s Aide, Femi Adesina Opens Up On Involvement In MMM


Femi Adesina, the Special Adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari on Media and Publicity, has denied reports that he endorsed popular ponzi scheme, Mavrodi Mondial Moneybox, MMM.

Femi on his twitter handle wrote: “A statement endorsing MMM is being credited to me on digital media. It is false. Please ignore it. Impostors and identity thieves at work”.

It will be recalled that the popular money doubling scheme had announced a ‘freeze’ on accounts of users in December 2016, with a promise to return on January 14, 2017.

It had also asked participants to perform Promo Tasks: A New Tool for MMM Community Development as it was throwing up a number of plans to get its community active again.

Ahead of its anticipated resumption, MMM, announced some of its comeback plan which includes, the introduction of Bitcoin as part of its payment mode.
