This is the beginning of Nigerian problem and will forever be the problem. When a corrupt state governor is himself corrupt and he is swearing officers of the state. What do you expect the performance of the crew to be?. At first Nigerian corruption was contained because of Oil,now the only thing you can control is the Nigerian population. The country is reducing the number of people by killing each other and is good at it.There is no day you do not kill unfortunately only the innocent are being killed. Those who did not see the OIL MONEY and those who have no job are forced to be election rig champions.
