Boko Haram Terrorist on Army’s Wanted List Arrested in Yobe


Muhammed Bulama, a wanted Boko Haram terrorist has been arrested by military troops on Tuesday in Yobe State.

According to a statement from army spokesman, Col. Sani Usman, he is number 105 on the wanted list. Sani added that Bulama was arrested along with two other suspected Boko Haram militants; Ardo Abba Muhammed and Muhammadu Kaigama, in Azare community, Gujba LGA of the state.

He said ‎they were arrested riding on horseback and bicycle shepherding some sheep towards a market.

During preliminary investigation, the suspect confirmed his photograph on the wanted list and further revealed that he specialized on rearing animals for the Boko Haram group.

Usman said Bulama further confessed that they came to the village to sell the animals as they had ran out of cash in their hideout and would also get some food items back to for the upcoming Sallah festivity.
