The leadership of the Association of Medical Laboratory Scientists of Nigeria (AMLSN ) has set aside 5 days to mourn the death of Mrs. Olufunke Folashade Omotuyi, who was the acting Registrar and Chief Executive of Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) until her death.
According to DIAGNOSCOPE, the 5-day mourning period will run from 13th to 17th of June, 2016 in honour of the late Acting Registrar/CEO,
The statement directs all Medical Laboratory Scientists, Medical Laboratory Technicians and Medical Laboratory Assistants in Abuja to wear black bands during the mourning period.
All Chapters of the association are also directed to open condolence registers in honour of the late Acting Registrar/CEO.
The late Acting Registrar and Chief Executive of MLSCN died yesterday, a statement by the National public Relations Officer AMLSN, Adeyeye Adetunji Tam reveals.
