The estate though still under construction is located in Oke Mosan area of Ogun, just some metres before the MKO Abiola Trade Fair Centre, is expansive and already has many road constructions in it.

Naij wrote; ”The ‘President Muhammadu Buhari Estate’ is written with Nigeria’s national colours (green and white) and may have been constructed to herald the presence of the Nigerian president in the state a few weeks ago. A closer look at the estate which houses very few detached buildings showed that work did not start there until a few months ago”.

Just as places have been named after Chief Obasanjo, Dr Goodluck, Dr Yakubu Gowon, Dr Nnamdi Azikiwe, Chief Obafemi Awolowo etc, so was this estate being built by Ogun State is named after President Muhammadu Buhari in commemoration of the 40th anniversary of the state’s creation. I know this because I attended the event. This news is obviously a piece of disinformation which is probably meant to portray the President in bad light.
