Floyd Mayweather Jr. Meets U.S President-Elect, Donald Trump In New York


A photo of their meeting was shared on Wednesday by Trump’s son, Donald Trump Jr., who also met with the boxing legend.

Retired former world boxing champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. met with the president-elect of the United States, Donald Trump.


Had a great visit from @FloydMayweathertoday with @realdonaldtrump. One of the best all time boxing legends,” he wrote on Twitter.

Mayweather was in New York for a press conference to discuss the super-middleweight unification fight between Badou Jack, a boxer who he’s promoting, and James DeGale.

The 39-year-old took time out of his promotional schedule to drop into Trump Tower and meet the Trumps.
