Newly appointed Nigeria coach Gernot Rohr has arrived the camp of the team ahead of Saturday’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Tanzania after landing in Uyo on Tuesday afternoon.
The German had flight delays in Lagos and was unable to land in the Akwa Ibom state capital to kick-off his reign as handler of the three-time African kings.
Rohr came alongside his foreign assistants Everson Ferreira, Jean-Luc Royer and Nabil Trabelsi.
Technical Adviser Gernot Rohr has also arrived in Uyo alongside his assistants Everson Ferreira, Jean-Luc Royer, Nabil Trabelsi, Alloy Agu.

In camp already are Odion Ighalo, Ogenyi Onazi, William Troost-Ekong, Elderson Echiejile, Brown Ideye, Musa Mohammed, Victor Osimhen, Ezekiel Imoh, Ikechukwu Ezenwa, Emmanuel Daniel and Jamiu Alimi.
The team will have their first training under the new handler this evening at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo.
Other invited players are expected to hit camp before the close of Tuesday with the Tanzania national team expected to arrive Nigeria on Thursday.
