Eddie Howe could be about to succeed Arsene Wenger as manager of Arsenal, according to Ladbrokes.
With Wenger in the final year of his contract in north London, the odds on the Bournemouth boss moving to the Emirates have tumbled into 6/1, from 12s.
Touted as one of the best young managers in the game, Howe has already forged favourable links with the Gunners by welcoming Jack Wilshere to Dean Court on a season-long loan.
Richard Marsh of Ladbrokes News said: “It’s nearly 20 years to the day since Wenger took charge at Arsenal, and now it seems the club have lined up his replacement when the Frenchman finally steps down.”
