3 Nigerian nationals and a Vietnamese have been arrested in Phnom Penh for residing in the country illegally and running online scams. They are: Maduabuchukwu Ajaere, Nwabueze Daniel, Nwabueze Odiwomma and Dang Thi Tien. They have been sent to the immigration department for processing.
